Diet Plan - What I Do When My Mouth Waters Over Foods?



Today is the 20th day of me into the egg + cucumber diet. The picture above was taken yesterday when my friends and I went shopping for the next week's supplies.

Shopping is a good thing where you can enjoy the look of different things, like colorful fruits, vegetables and, of course, MEAT. I have going through dieting for sometime and been going pretty well. And I even started to be proud of myself until YESTERDAY.

Looking at the meat and packaged fried chipps, I found my mouth watering. Itching to grab them, I overcame myself. It was hard, but I did it.

However, the worst thing happened. My friend Thomas is one of the meat lovers like me. He just kept talking about meat and what kind of meat he would love to buy and asked me to drive him to the butchery. He also talking about what he is going to cook for dinner. And he even bought some cooked meat and fish from the super market and started eating in the car.

I know that binge biting once a week is okay. But when I grabbed two packs of maize snack and inserted it into my mouth. I lowed myself because my craving got better of me.

That feels bad. And I know that is called - REGRET.

However, this is a silver lining in all of this.

1. Because I bought the snack, I didn't buy much of other things.

The fridge is just occupied, not too full, which is nice because nothing is going to be wasted.

2. I hiccuped a lot.

Why is this a good thing? Because it means that the egg cucumber diet works. It is claimed that this diet plan would make your stomach smaller, which will make you eat less. Hiccups means that my stomach was already full with what I ate. In comparison, those thing would be just a linen for me before.

So I decided to cut myself slack once in a week, which will not make my craving for meat rocket. And it is also good for your weight loss plan according to some diet programs, which say that eating much every some days would trick your body into losing weight mode. I don't know if this is true. But I just want to lower some pressure for myself and my body. I am vegetarian anyways.

Weight: 72.4 kg
 Which is a fluctuation. This could turn me into a bad mood all day sometimes although I know that as long as I keep working out, it would go down again. But sometimes our emotions just get better of us.
